The town, Plainville, is small - about 18,000. But it has good schools, roads, police & fire departments, emergency medical responders, library, and road department. There is very little crime, the people are friendly, the infrastructure is constantly maintained, the schools are good, taxes are very affordable by CT standards ($5,600 yr), the park system is incredible, the people are friendly & helpful, and in short, its a great place to live, in an amazing new home, with pre-screened safe, sane, terrific neighbors in a place where you have lots of privacy in a 1 of a kind location. And if you stay in the home for 5 10 years the resale value will probably double.
