Two Bergen County businesses, Envision Video Services of Hasbrouck Heights and Baskets-N-Beyond of Dumont, are teaming up to help consumers take the stress out of holiday gift shopping this year, especially during these tough economic times. Most families have the “ingredients” that will go into this personalized gift basket right in their own homes, and with the help of Pete Gallo, owner of Envision Video Services (a franchise with Home Video Studio), and Michele Petrillo, owner of Baskets-N-Beyond, they can turn those ingredients into a gift that family members will treasure.
“We take a person’s or family’s photos, slides, videos, or home movie images and create a custom DVD for the recipient,” explains Gallo, “giving a present that preserves their precious photo and video memories on DVD, which can be shared by generations to come.” Called the “You’re a Star” basket, this specially designed gift basket includes the custom DVD and comes complete with popcorn, movie trivia puzzles, and traditional movie theater–size boxes of candy. “DVDs make great gifts, and these baskets have everything you need to host a special movie night,” he adds. “Holidays are times when people get together, and this is a great way to share a family’s life experiences.”
